I came to Magda not really knowing where to start with my acne. I’d been trying to manage it on my own for nearly two years but nothing was working. From the first consultation, she made me feel completely at ease. She listened, explained everything clearly, and gave me a plan that made sense. I felt straight away that I was in good hands. I’m only two sessions in and the improvement has been amazing. The in-session treatments combined with the at-home routine have made a real difference. I look forward to my appointments now. Magda creates a calm, welcoming space and we always end up having a good laugh. The whole experience has been thoughtful and professional. Chciałam z całego serca polecić Panią Justynę, pięknie wykonany manicure, dopracowany w każdym szczególe! Dzisiaj miałam również wykonany zabieg kwasowy na twarz i pomimo że na ostateczne efekty trzeba jeszcze poczekać to już widzę że moja skóra wygląda lepiej, jest super miękka i wygładzona! I have had both my legs waxed and also my very first Facial. I want to say that I was expecting pain on the waxing... but no... it was so nicely done and Natalia, the Beautician was so professional and engaging.. I didn't even know she was waxing my legs... it was a very pleasant experience and I will be attending again... I also experienced my first Facial... wow... I was so relaxed by the end of it I decided that I will be back for more... It's my time now in life... and I'm intending treating myself to "being cared for". The whole experience was that... a lovely warm blanket on a cold day that soothed my body whilst relaxing on the bed... a very warm and caring massage to my neck and shoulders as Natalia waited for the face pack to do it's thing... and all the cleansings and smoothing... it felt divine... I can’t express enough how impressed I am with the results of laser hair removal at this salon. Having previously completed a full series of treatments with a diode laser at another salon, the difference of the service is truly remarkable. What stands out here is the incredible precision with which the girls perform each treatment. They are meticulous, ensuring every inch of the area is treated with care, and their extensive knowledge of the laser settings tailored to my skin and hair type is unmatched. This is the only salon I recommend for laser hair removal. I’d much rather pay a higher price for exceptional service than go through 20 ineffective treatments at high street chain clinics, where procedures are often done by untrained staff. Even with a good laser, the skill and expertise of the person performing the treatment make all the difference. I highly recommend Milena for laser hair removal – she is simply the best! ~ Marta B

Today at the Salon I had CRYOLIPOLYSIS COOLTECH treatment with Magdalena. Magdalena is very competent and knowledgeable person. She explained everything in fine details and it made me feel I am in best hands possible! I also received lots of valuable advice from Magdalena on how can I improve my treatment with few simple steps at home. The salon itself is very welcoming and looks and smell amazing. Lovely atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I definitely will be back for more treatments. Jestem po pierwszej wizycie laserowego usuwania włosów ( byłam dziś na Patch test i w środę mam pierwszy zabieg 🤗) mimo iż trochę się stresowałam ( wiadomo 😉Hollywood 🙈) to jestem bardzo szczęśliwa że trafiłam do tego salonu ! I ended up in this Clinic by chance, and Milena was very helpful when I asked for some information, and straight away I booked a lymph massage, and I was so impressed, I mentioned that I was in pain in my sciatic, and her massage covered the lymph and the sciatic, a very complete massage, and I was so grateful. When I start to walk I felt light and without any pain, from my hips down, I was so grateful. She is very professional, friendly, and most important care for your well being. I had the pleasure of visiting Wiktoria at Simply Beauty Chiswick for a Hydrafacial cleansing, Biorepeel, and PRP with fibrine, and honestly, I couldn’t be more impressed.
